KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking an amazing Mid-Level IT Support professional to join our flexible teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in application support, strong Linux and Windows knowledge, and a proactive approach to incident management.

You will work with multiple clients across sectors, operate in Agile/DevOps environments, and have opportunities for training and certification, in hybrid projects across Benelux. Fluency in French is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Application Support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and middleware.
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Experience working with ITSM tools and Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in French (mandatory).

• Cloud certifications or Linux certifications.
