A leading IT consulting firm in Lisbon is looking for a Helpdesk professional with at least 3 years of experience in IT support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with Windows and network protocols. This role is on-site and suitable for individuals already residing in Portugal. Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk.
• Experience working with hardware and software, networking and security.
• Comfortable with IT tools and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Assist users with network and security challenges.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently.

We are looking for an Amazing: Helpdesk

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: On-site model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar
• +3 years of experience as a Helpdesk
• Experience working with hardware and software, networking and security
• Good understanding of AD, Azure, Intune
• Comfortable with Ms Windows, M365, Printers, CISCO, and network protocols
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Being already in Portugal and Lisbon - available for a 100% on-site model

Additional qualifications (plus)

• Fluent in English, Portuguese would be a plus
