KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Lisbon. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, especially in tech environments, with strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, create specs and process flows, and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA throughout the SDLC.

We are looking for an Amazing: Business Analyst Seniority: Mid-level (5+ years) Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven environments;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation;
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements and user stories;
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams;
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments;
• Experience with process mapping and business process improvement;
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles and basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations;
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
