KCS IT seeks a Middle Senior Technical Support specialist to join on-site teams in Lisbon, Colombo (Lisbon) or Miraflores (Lisbon). You will deliver Level 1–2 desktop support for software/hardware, with emphasis on Windows, MacOS, MS Office, and mobile device support.

You will balance production tasks with project work while reporting clearly and maintaining customer focus. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong customer service in a banking/financial context, with opportunities

Qualificações

• Desktop support for Windows and MacOS environments.
• Customer-oriented service delivery and strong communication.
• Experience in Banking/Financial sectors preferred.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with MS Office and Messaging products.
• Experience with mobile device support (iPhones/laptops/tablets).
• Familiarity with OS build methodologies and tooling.

We are looking for an Amazing: Technical support.

Seniority: Middle senior

Type of position: ON SITE- Colombo (Lisbon) or Miraflores (Lisbon).

The amazing you, will have:

• Desktop support competencies – Software & Hardware Level 1 & 2.
• Windows and MacOS experience. o Strong customer services competencies / Customer oriented.
• Independently driven as well as a team member.
• Strong experienced Windows/MS Office and Messaging products.
• Experienced within the Banking or Financial Sector.
• Mobile device platform support. o Experience of request or incident toolsets.
• Awarness of Microsoft OS build methodologies and toolsets.
• Ability to manage client base staff with differing character traits
• Reporting and minute writing to a high standard
• Able to balance a high-tempo Production environment whilst also delivering elements of project work.
• Plan and direct own activities with minimal management supervision.
• Expected to have prior experience of troubleshooting issues for a variety of applications, both written in-house and from external vendors.
• Possess experience of support for mobile devices, iPhones/laptops/tablets.
• Display flexibility, adaptability, and open-mindedness in response to frequent and/or significant changes to support needs, working closely with the rest of the Portugal team and Global support teams, and assisting other regions as needs require.
