Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of IT Support experience.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled with problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong MS Office and Windows 11 skills.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets, including video conferencing.
• Good understanding of mobile devices platforms and core apps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-demand environments.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certified (to be completed within 3 months if not already).
• Knowledge of Jira, Azure and ServiceNow is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze incidents and liaise with customers to maximize first call resolution.
• Provide first and second-line on-site IT support.
• Record and track incidents, problems and requests.
• Assist in reconfiguration/installation of PC environments.
• Document support procedures and draft content for knowledge base.
• Participate in testing and administration of applications.
• Coordinate with system and database administration for tasks.
