Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring technical support specialists for a multilingual team supporting an international client. You will solve technical questions for customers using clear diagnostic steps.

Fluency in French and English is essential and will be used daily. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues by phone/email/chat, guiding customers through setup, using data tools to investigate information, and documenting findings for escalation.

Qualifications

Fluent level in French and English.
Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Diagnose technical issues by phone, email or chat using structured troubleshooting steps.
Guide customers through setup, configuration and product questions.
Use data tools and queries to investigate account or system information.
Document findings and hand over complex issues to second-line teams.
Keep knowledge articles and internal notes accurate and up to date.
