Scandinavian Tobacco Group in Lisbon is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team. This hybrid, full-time role supports users across countries and helps maintain IT services from Lisbon, with occasional travel to Madrid.

You will handle 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot incidents, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Intune, and VPNs, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, and MDM solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Azure and IT infrastructure fundamentals.

IT Support Specialist – IT Operations

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (occasional travel to Madrid)
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Solution Delivery Organization (SDO) in Lisbon. In this role you will help maintain and improve IT services across the business and support users in multiple countries.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via TOPdesk and other support channels.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving endpoints, applications, Microsoft environments, and infrastructure services.
• Support and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and VPN solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and user guides.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in IT projects supporting business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Azure and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoints, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; ability to support users professionally.
• Experience with SAP, industrial scanners, or additional languages is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Annual Base Salary ranges from €44,160 to €66,240 depending on level, experience, and responsibilities.

Incentives and benefits may include short‑term and long‑term incentives, as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
