IT Operational Support

Join our dynamic team in the Porto area in a hybrid arrangement – three days per week in the office. As the central coordination point, you will proactively reach out to stakeholders by phone and email to follow up on pending actions, ensuring the smooth progression of third‑party engagements and the effective implementation of DORA requirements across the organization. You will drive accountability, maintain momentum, and uphold operational excellence throughout the entire lifecycle of third‑party engagements. This position reports directly to the Third Parties Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Resilient and proactive, demonstrating strong accountability and ownership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating stakeholders
• Experience in account management, customer service, or related roles is a plus
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good level of English (B2)
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable
• Passionate about driving process efficiency and enhancing stakeholder engagement
• Proactively escalates and follows up to ensure progress and resolution
• Collaborative team player, able to redirect technical queries appropriately
