Siemens Energy in Amadora, PT, is seeking an Identity & Access Management Service Owner for a full-time on-site role within the Digital Core team. You will manage core IAM services and contribute to governance across global identities.

You will lead IAM projects, shape tooling and processes, and provide 2nd-level support for IAM incidents, collaborating with security, IT, and business units to ensure reliable, scalable identity services that support the energy transition.

Qualificações

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Admin related field.
• Proven track record with AI Governance and AI Identity Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of AI Agent Identity Governance concepts.
• Proven track record with Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Proven track record with Global IT Identity Projects.
• Proven track record with MS Entra & Active Directory Domain services.
• Experience with On-Premise and Cloud Active Directory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain & Support key Identity services (including vendor and KPIs).
• Maintain & Support key Identity technologies including AI Governance (i.e. Agent365).
• Contribute to key IAM projects and global services.
• Provide technical input to Identify Services, Tooling, and Processes.
• Responds and takes actions on approved change and demand requests for IAM.
• Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
• Performs 2nd-level advice & support for IAM related incidents.
• Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise as the IAM Services adjust.
