Working closely with business leaders, process owners and Data & AI experts, you will identify opportunities, shape transformation roadmaps and drive implementation from idea to adoption.Whether improving decision-making through trusted data, breaking down organizational silos, or leveraging AI to solve business challenges, your focus will be on turning strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes.This role is for someone who wants to take ownership, drive change and help shape the future of Data & AI within the organization.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Data & AI strategy, business transformation, consulting, product ownership, or related fields.

Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI and their impact on business value creation and performance improvement.

Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into strategic roadmaps and scalable solutions.

Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, taking ownership, driving change, and challenging the status quo.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a global and cross-functional environment.

Hands-on experience with AI initiatives and enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, SnapLogic, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and tools such as Copilot Studio; supported by a relevant university degree and advanced English proficiency.
