InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking an IT Recruiter intern on an IEFP program to support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles. You will publish ads, screen applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers.

You should be eligible for IEFP internship, able to work three days per week in Picoas, and possess strong organizational skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, and you will join a people-first tech team.

Your Mission Will Be:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to hiring;
• Prepare and publish job ads, as well as screen and assess incoming applications;
• Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities and ensure proper documentation;
• Identify and approach candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter using different sourcing strategies;
• Conduct video interviews while aligning closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

You Will Need:

• Eligibility for an IEFP internship program;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office in Picoas);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Previous internship or academic experience in recruitment or talent acquisition;
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Interest in the IT market and technology roles.
