InnoTech is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deploy robust production environments, and strengthen observability across platforms.

You will collaborate with Software, Data, and Embedded teams, using Docker, Kubernetes, and various CI/CD tools to ensure scalable, reliable delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in DevOps or similar engineering roles.
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes expertise, preferably EKS.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools and Linux systems administration.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and scripting in Bash/Python.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery;
• Deploy and maintain production environments with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance;
• Enhance platform observability by managing monitoring solutions and infrastructure automation, including backup processes;
• Execute performance and stress testing while supporting the dynamic scaling of infrastructure to meet business demands;
• Collaborate with Software, Data, and Embedded teams to enable efficient development and operational excellence.

You Will Need

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or similar engineering roles, with solid expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (preferably EKS), and bare metal Kubernetes deployments across cloud and on-premises environments;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, alongside strong Linux administration and scripting skills using Bash and Python;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, databases, web servers, and a solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience working in large-scale, high-availability environments;
• Knowledge of artifact repository solutions such as Artifactory or Nexus;
• Familiarity with communication protocols including MQTT, FTP, SMTP, and SNMP;
• Experience using network analysis and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
