A progressive IT company based in Porto is searching for an Application Support Engineer to deploy and manage software solutions while providing critical application support. The ideal candidate will have solid Linux experience, knowledge of web servers, and hands-on CI/CD tool experience. Qualificações

• Solid experience working with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of web servers such as Apache and application servers like WildFly, Tomcat, or JBoss.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, or Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality is required to facilitate employment

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and manage software solutions, both manually and through automated pipelines.
• Provide application support by troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues.
• Set up and monitor system alerts to ensure service reliability.
• Perform tasks related to PKI operations and system security.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

Your Mission Will Be

• Experience using monitoring tools such as Zabbix;

• Critical thinking mindset with a proactive approach to prevention and improvement;
