InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking an IT Recruiter intern on an IEFP program to support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles. You will publish ads, screen applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers.

You should be eligible for IEFP internship, able to work three days per week in Picoas, and possess strong organizational skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, and you will join a people-first tech team.

Qualificações

• Eligibility for an IEFP internship program.
• Hybrid work availability (3 days/week in Picoas office).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
• Prepare and publish job ads; screen and assess applications.
• Perform admin duties related to recruitment and maintain documentation.
• Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct video interviews with hiring managers.
