Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather the profile and analyze the job description with the Project Managers
• Post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct first-stage interviews, and support technical interviews with the client, using an ATS and promoting a positive experience at every stage of the process
• Actively search on LinkedIn
• Follow up on the onboarding and integration of all talent
• Participate in client visits, job fairs, and other networking events

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management, or equivalent education (required)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment (required)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
• Strong empathy and communication skills
• Good time management and a good pace of work
• Proactivity, a positive outlook, and the ability to analyze in detail
