A InnoTech está a expandir a sua equipa de IT com um IT Recruiter, para conduzir todo o ciclo de recrutamento de perfis tecnológicos. Vai colaborar com gestores para perceber as necessidades de contratação e criar descrições de cargos claras, apoiando o processo de seleção.

Procuramos pessoa motivada, com experiência em recrutamento, capaz de trabalhar em ambiente acelerado e com fluência em PT e EN. Junta-te a uma equipa que valoriza o bem-estar e a inovação.

Qualificações

• Entre 6 meses a 3 anos de experiência como recrutador.
• Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Sociologia, Psicologia ou áreas relacionadas.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês.
• Motivação para integrar equipa dinâmica na área de IT.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir o processo de recrutamento full cycle para funções de IT.
• Criação de descrições de cargos e triagem curricular.
• Tarefas administrativas relacionadas com recrutamento e seleção.
• Procurar candidatos em várias plataformas, como LinkedIn Recruiter, usando estratégias diferentes.
• Conduzir entrevistas telefónicas e por videochamada.
• Comunicar com managers de negócio para entender as necessidades de contratação.

Your Mission Will Be:

• Manage the recruitment and selection full cycle process for IT roles;
• Creationof job descriptions and curricular screening;
• Administrativetasks related to recruitment and selection activities and others as needed;
• Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like LinkedIn (Recruiter), using different strategies;
• Conducting phone and video interviews;
• Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.

Really Important To Have:

• Between 6 months and 3 years of professional experience as a Recruiter;
• BSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• High motivation to be part of a dynamic team;
• Interestin the IT field;
• Ability to adapt to changes and high-speed environments.

Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good:

• Previous experience in the recruitment field;
• Experience in the role, especially with tech profiles;
• Experience working with a LinkedIn recruiter.
