Job summary

Inetum2 in Lisbon seeks an Operational Control Center professional to join the IT team, delivering hands-on IT support, troubleshooting, systems administration, and infrastructure operations across Windows, Linux, and virtualization.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, AD management, remote support, server and database monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of IT services in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of proven technical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
Secondary Education (12th Grade) or higher; IT qualification considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and operational environments.
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
Support user and system administration activities, including Active Directory environments.
Utilize remote access tools to provide technical assistance and issue resolution.
Monitor and support server, database, virtualization, and application environments.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms.
Support the management of mobile devices and end-user computing environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT services.
Contribute to operational improvements and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
