Job summary

Inetum, a European leader in digital services, is seeking an Operational Control Center IT professional in Lisbon. The role combines hands-on IT support, troubleshooting, systems administration, and infrastructure operations across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and enterprise platforms.

You will diagnose incidents, support Active Directory environments, use remote access tools, monitor servers and databases, assist with mobile device management, and collaborate to maintain high availability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven technical experience in IT support, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Advanced user-level knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, remote access and mobile device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and operational environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications and infrastructure components.
• Support user and system administration activities, including Active Directory environments.
• Utilize remote access tools to provide technical assistance and issue resolution.
• Monitor and support server, database, virtualization, and application environments.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms.
• Support the management of mobile devices and end-user computing environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability, performance and reliability of IT services.
• Contribute to operational improvements and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
