Qualifications

• Training in Information Technology or related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support roles;

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and customer-oriented approach;
• Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
