Banco Finantia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across systems, networks, telecommunications, information security and business continuity. You will drive end-to-end delivery with cross‑functional teams to meet scope, budget and timelines.

The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, solid technical acumen and excellent stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus, and PMP is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• PMP certification and 3+ years of experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security and Business Continuity; ITIL familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans across Systems, Networks, Databases, Telecommunications and Information Security teams.
• Manage resources and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project execution, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure governance, security and business continuity compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate change management and updates to CMDB records.
• Produce project status reports for management and drive continuous improvement.

Formação académica

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field

Your impact

• Leading end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards;
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating activities across Systems, Networks, Databases, Telecommunications and Information Security teams;
• Managing project resources and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear accountability, prioritization and alignment with business objectives;
• Monitoring project execution, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes;
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks, while defining contingency plans to safeguard delivery commitments;
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance, security and business continuity requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
• Coordinating change management activities and ensuring the proper update of infrastructure records and configuration management databases (CMDB);
• Producing project status reports and providing management with relevant insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field;
• Project Management certification (preferably PMP);
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology infrastructure projects;
• Strong technical knowledge of Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security and Business Continuity environments;
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Change Management processes;
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external suppliers;
• Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Fluency in English; Spanish will be considered an advantage;
• Proactivity, resilience and a strong results-oriented mindset.
