Qualificações

• Degree or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of training management, recruitment, performance management and career development.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to design and improve people-related processes and programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confidentiality.

Your impact

You will play an active role in shaping and supporting key people processes, contributing to:

• The development and implementation of training and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities;
• The execution and continuous improvement of recruitment, performance management and career development processes;
• The enhancement of employee engagement, collaboration and team spirit across the organisation;
• The delivery of accurate HR reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements;
• The implementation of compensation and benefits practices that support employee attraction and retention;
• The successful migration to SAP, collaborating with multiple stakeholders in process definition, testing and implementation activities;
• The continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.

Profile

• Degree or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field;
• More than 2 years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role;
• Solid knowledge of training management, recruitment, performance management, career development and talent practices;
• Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks;
• Good command of English and Spanish;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Ability to design, improve and implement people-related processes and programmes;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation;
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality;
• A proactive mindset, combining problem-solving ability, resilience and results orientation.
