Banco Finantia is seeking a Back Office Administrator to join the Lisbon Operations team. The role focuses on monitoring and controlling client transaction registrations, settling trades, and maintaining records.

You will contribute to developing and maintaining operational processes within the department. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and about 2 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork and

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in similar roles (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and methodical approach.
  • Customer-oriented mindset (internal and external clients).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting process improvements.

Responsabilidades

Banco Finantia is strengthening its Operations team with the hiring of a Back Office Administrator to join the Department in Lisbon:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlo Monitoring and controlling the registration processes of executed client transactions (across various instruments and markets);
  • Settlement of executed client transactions (across various instruments and markets);
  • Management of records and documentation related to the above activities;
  • Participation in activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational processes under the department’s responsibility.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field (preferred);
  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in similar roles (preferred);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Strong organizational skills and methodical approach;
