Banco Finantia seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to lead advisory activities, guide high‑impact transactions and drive business development. You will bridge strategy, execution and client relationships while managing a portfolio and coordinating diverse teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance or related field, +7 years in Corporate Finance, and fluency in English. Strong leadership and a client‑oriented mindset are essential for success in this leadership position.

Qualificações

• Degree in Management or Economics, with a completed Master’s degree (preferably in Finance).
• +7 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Transaction Services ideally within Banking, Big 4 or M&A boutiques.
• Proven experience in team leadership and coordination (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Strong commercial mindset and results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• High level of autonomy, proactivity and dynamism.

Responsabilidades

• Lead definition and optimization of organisational processes and support senior leadership in strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate and develop team activities for efficient day‑to‑day operations and high performance.
• Implement internal policies focusing on cost control and achieving business objectives.
• Prepare and monitor activity plans and budgets with corrective measures when needed.
• Originate new projects and develop new business opportunities, supporting client acquisition.
• Manage client portfolio and foster long‑term partnerships built on trust.
• Structure, analyze and negotiate Corporate Finance transactions (M&A, restructuring, valuation).
• Coordinate commercial proposals and oversee legal documentation processes.

Profile

What you bring
