What you will do:

As a member of the internal IT team your responsibilities will be:

• Provide end-to-end technical support to user Workplace Environment:

Manage IT equipment for Enterprise resources as part of Onboarding/Offboarding process

Create/Manage/Support AD/User Accounts and Microsoft/365 accounts

• Manage IT Inventory (CMDB) based in ITSM processes and tools
• Manage IT Tickets: Incidents/Requests based on ITSM tools
• Participate as a team member in assigned IT Infrastructure projects

What you are like:

• 2+ years’ experience in ServiceDesk/End-user Support
• Experience building endpoint images and managing IT assets either using SCCM or Intune.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and processes
• Experience supporting users in a multinational environment
• Comfortable with user support (People´s Person)
• Collaborative, eager to learn and service oriented
• Reliable and dependable
• Working proficiency Level of English: Required B1/B2
