Qualificações
- Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in Computer Information Systems.
- Experience with MAC and Windows configurations.
- Experience with Google Suite and Atlassian products.
- Experience with conferencing technologies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Availability to work fully on-site at Carnaxide office.
