Growin, located in Carnaxide, Portugal, is looking for an IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves supporting service desk activities, managing MAC and Windows configurations, and assisting with networking. You will join a supportive team that values professional growth and work-life balance, with both hybrid and remote options available. Applicants should have strong communication skills in English and a background in Computer Information Systems would be an advantage.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in service desk or helpdesk.
• Background in Computer Information Systems is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems and networking principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support in a dynamic team setting.
• Handle configurations for MAC and Windows as needed.
• Manage VPN configurations and networking issues.

Conhecimentos

Experience in service desk or helpdesk

Knowledge of networking and WiFi configuration

Ability to communicate in English

Experience in MAC and Windows configurations

Experience in VPN configuration

Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)

Experience in conferencing technologies

Background in Computer Information Systems

Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals

Experience with Google Suite and Atlassian products
