Growin invites you to join a dynamic IT Helpdesk team in Portugal. We value people who thrive in fast-paced environments, handle Mac and Windows configurations, Google Suite and Atlassian tools, and communicate in English.

Qualificações

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Computer Information Systems.
• Experience with MAC and Windows configurations.
• Experience with Google Suite and Atlassian products.
• Experience with conferencing technologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Availability to work fully on-site at Carnaxide office.
