Job summary

PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a Customer Financial Services Representative to review invoice adjustments and validate supporting details. Based in a multinational environment, you will ensure accuracy and timely processing of adjustments.

The role requires Excel proficiency and strong English in business settings, with additional language skills seen as a plus. This is a hybrid position with several benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Finance background is advantageous.
• Experience with Excel is mandatory.
• English in business contexts required.
• Other languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) at B2 level are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews supporting details from the CFS Rep for invoice adjustments.
• Processes invoice adjustments after validation and approval by Commercial.
• Maintains accurate records of adjustments for reconciliation and audits.
• Proactively records recurring issues to minimize billing discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Record adjustments after determining correct credit code/reason and proper authorization.
