PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a Customer Financial Services Representative to join our team in Portugal. The role involves reviewing supporting details for invoice adjustments, ensuring accuracy, and processing adjustments for insourced Global customers within FedEx systems.

The ideal candidate will have finance-related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate in English in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel is mandatory.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment.

Responsabilités

• Receives and reviews supporting details from the CFS Rep for invoice adjustments.
• Processes invoice adjustments for insourced Global customers in FedEx’s systems after validation.
• Maintains accurate records of adjustments for reconciliation and audit trails.
• Proactively records recurring issues to minimize billing discrepancies and drive improvements.
