Eurofins Portugal Business Services is seeking a Senior Accountant PtP (Accounts Payable) to manage end-to-end AP processes in a dynamic environment.

You will handle invoice processing in Coupa, supplier inquiries, travel and expenses, and payment proposals, while ensuring accurate reconciliations, month-end activities, and process improvements within a hybrid work model after training.

Strong English, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance within AP/BPO/SSC is required.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Invoice processing in Coupa and AP subledger; review and adjust journal entries.
• Handle supplier queries and travel/expense processing.
• Prepare batch payment proposals; monitor for double payments.
• AP aging and analytical reviews; reconcile ICO mid-month.
• Month-end activities and accrual preparation.
• Maintain knowledge by updating process catalogs.
• Participate in transition meetings; prepare AP process overview.
• Identify and propose process improvements; manage stakeholders.
