Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering or several years of energy-sector experience.
• 3+ years as Project Manager or Project Assistant with international collaboration.
• Familiarity with service-specific processes, tools, IT systems, and Siemens Energy portfolio.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, health and safety regulations, and team development.
• Fluent English; German/French/Spanish a plus; IPMA cert is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance events for large rotating equipment, ensuring parts, suppliers, and field service teams are available.
• Travel to power plants across Europe and Africa to work with diverse teams.
• Structure and prioritise tasks; coordinate with project management, engineering, assembly, and tooling teams across regions.
