Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Offshore Automation in Portugal. You will lead complex scopes across tender through handover, coordinating global teams, partners, and suppliers to deliver high-value automation solutions.

The role emphasizes standardization, digital tools, and AI-supported ways of working while driving project economics and collaboration across cultures and locations.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in project management (PM@Siemens or IPMA).
• 10+ years in project management within automation/energy sectors.
• Experience with international stakeholders and complex multi-interface projects.
• Strong understanding of automation, control systems, and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore automation sub-projects with full responsibility for execution, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as central interface between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Drive international project execution with focus on reliability, transparency and delivery performance.
• Ensure alignment of contractual, technical and commercial requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage risks, changes, and opportunities to protect profitability.
• Integrate standardized technical solutions and modular approaches into delivery.
