Siemens Energy seeks an Industrial Spare Parts (ISP) Proposal Manager to develop spare parts solutions for New Unit and Service projects within our Gas Services business. You will coordinate cross-border teams, review specifications, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
You will manage domestic and international proposals, perform cost and margin analyses, and hand over the scope to execution teams. Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus, and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Industrial Spare Parts (ISP) Proposal Manager, you will play a key role in developing spare parts solutions for New Unit and Service projects within our Gas Services business. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries, aligning spare parts requirements throughout the proposal and project execution phases. You will review project specifications and requirements, prepare spare parts calculations and contractual documentation, and coordinate activities to ensure high-quality deliverables on schedule. Along the way, you will exchange project experience and best practices with colleagues while managing different projects and priorities. Your involvement continues through to the final handover of the spare parts scope to the respective execution teams.
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring zero or low-emission power generation solutions together with our portfolio of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. We also support decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
