Decskill, an IT consulting company, is seeking an IT Recruiter for a role with a hybrid working model in Porto. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT profiles, aligning opportunities with business managers and sourcing candidates across platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HR or psychology, at least 3 years in recruitment (preferably IT), and excellent communication with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably IT.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Prepare and post announcements on multiple platforms.
• Review CVs and conduct phone surveys when needed.
• Source candidates via several platforms and social networks.
• Conduct interviews and write interview reports for managers.
• Edit CVs to Decskill format.

We would like to meet a IT Recruiter for a project with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analysis and selection of CV's.
• Phone surveys when necessary.
• Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
• Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
• Editing CV's according to the Decskill format.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
• At least 3 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
• A team player with a spirit of collaboration.
• A person with a good working attitude and commitment.
• Be results-oriented.
• Speak other languages, like English.
