Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Product Lead based in Portugal. You will shape product strategy and drive the development of innovative solutions in the fast-paced iGaming industry, overseeing roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote, international environment.
In this role you will mentor Product Managers, translate customer needs into actionable plans, and leverage analytics, experimentation, and market insights to deliver
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a product leadership role (Product Lead / Head of Product).
- Experience in iGaming industry and understanding of its business models.
- Ability to lead and develop Product Managers and teams.
- Strong strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
- Strong analytical skills with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
Responsabilités
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers with a collaborative culture.
- Oversee product roadmap planning and execution across initiatives.
- Improve product management processes to strengthen biz-technical collaboration.
- Drive data-informed decisions using analytics and experimentation.
- Identify optimization opportunities from customer insights and market trends.
- Align priorities with stakeholders and manage dependencies.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximize results.
- Translate priorities into actionable plans to deliver impact.
