Syffer is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and manage scalable platforms. You will translate high-level architecture into detailed designs and resolve incidents with cross‑functional teams, both remotely and on-site.

The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to mentor peers while improving processes and documentation. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in system administration, strong Windows/AWS/Azure experience, virtualization expertise and scripting ability to

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as system administrator / infrastructure engineer.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and lifecycle management experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (CIS/NIST) and ITIL basics; Linux is a plus.
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python) is advantageous.

What You'll do:

• -Design, implement, and manage infrastructure platforms to support business and application needs.

• -Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure infrastructure alignment with application requirements.

What You Are:

• -5+ years of experience as system administrator/infrastructure engineer
• - Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
• - Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory,Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure;
• - Virtualization technologies: VMware and/or Hyper-V;
• - System and application monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecyclemanagement;
• - Familiarity with:Infrastructure and network security principles;CIS and NIST security frameworks,ITIL practices (certification is a plus);
• - Linux experience is a plus;
• - Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a strongadvantage;
