Syffer is seeking an experienced IT Change and Configuration Manager to drive obsolescence and change programs within enterprise environments in Portugal. You will lead CMDB accuracy, oversee ITSM change activities, and coordinate with vendors and business teams to ensure readiness and successful execution.

Qualificações

• Over 5 years of experience in IT/change management? environments.
• Strong experience with ITSM processes, especially Change Management.
• Proven CMDB stewardship and data accuracy.
• Experience managing external vendors and delivery oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the obsolescence plan in line with milestones and priorities.
• Ensure all interventions are managed in ITSM with end-to-end Change Management lifecycle.
• Maintain accuracy of CMDB as the single source of truth.
• Ensure full traceability of changes and alignment with records and landscape.
• Identify deviations and ensure timely resolution.
• Align with business stakeholders on planned interventions and operational readiness.
• Coordinate between vendor, IT, and business teams for smooth execution.
• Provide a consolidated view to support Program Management decisions.

What You'll do:

• Execute the obsolescence plan in line with defined milestones and priorities;
• Ensure all interventions are properly managed in ITSM, maintaining end-to-end control of the Change Management lifecycle;
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of Configuration Items (CMDB) as the single source of truth;
• Ensure full traceability of changes and alignment between execution, records, and the current landscape;
• Identify deviations and ensure timely resolution;
• Align with business stakeholders on planned interventions, ensuring proper operational readiness;
• Facilitate coordination between vendor, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth execution;
• Provide a consolidated and reliable view to support Program Management decision-making;
• Hybrid work model;

Who You Are:

• Over 5 years of experience;
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, upgrades, or technology migrations;
• Strong experience working with external vendors (delivery oversight);
• Solid knowledge of ITSM (especially Change Management) and CMDB;
• Strong execution focus with high attention to data quality;
• Ability to work across technical and business teams;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Nice to have:

• Experience in obsolescence or technology transformation programs;
• Experience with EasyVista or equivalent ITSM tools;
• Experience in highly critical enterprise environments;
