Syffer is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and manage scalable platforms. You will translate high-level architecture into detailed designs and resolve incidents with cross‑functional teams, both remotely and on-site.

The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to mentor peers while improving processes and documentation. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in system administration, strong Windows/AWS/Azure experience, virtualization expertise and scripting ability to

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as system administrator / infrastructure engineer.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and lifecycle management experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (CIS/NIST) and ITIL basics; Linux is a plus.
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and manage infrastructure platforms to support business needs.
• Translate architecture into detailed technical designs.
• Resolve incidents and support requests from first and second-line teams.
• Collaborate with dev and business teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Maintain documentation for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Provide input in customer and supplier meetings, remotely and on-site.
• Support out-of-hours service requests as part of on-call rotation.
• Mentor colleagues and drive process improvements.
