We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with extensive experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration to join our team. You will manage enterprise AD and hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID, and automate tasks with PowerShell to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Senior System Engineer with 10+ years in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Experience managing enterprise AD environments and hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
• IAM experience, authentication protocols, and infrastructure security.
• PowerShell automation to streamline administrative tasks.
• Collaborative, proactive, solution-oriented professional with a structured troubleshooting approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments, including users, groups, permissions, and GPOs.
• Administer Windows Server environments for high availability, performance, and security.
• Support and optimize hybrid identity solutions by integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and troubleshoot authentication and authorization services using LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
• Automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams on AD and identity topics.
• Contribute to security, stability, and best-practice infrastructure.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues and participate in on-call support.

What You\'ll do:

• Manage and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments, including users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Administer Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Support and optimize hybrid identity solutions by integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and troubleshoot authentication and authorization services using LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
• Automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams on Active Directory and identity-related topics.
• Contribute to enhancing security, operational stability, and infrastructure best practices.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues and participate in on-call support to ensure business continuity.

Who You Are:

• Senior System Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Strong expertise in managing enterprise Active Directory environments and hybrid identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication protocols, and infrastructure security.
• Proficient in PowerShell automation to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented professional with a structured approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
