Syffer is a global consulting firm seeking an experienced observability engineer to join our team in a hybrid work setup. You will design and manage observability and monitoring solutions for systems and applications, create dashboards and alerts using Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana and PRTG, and troubleshoot production issues to improve performance and reliability.

You will mentor junior members and promote continuous improvement.

Qualificações

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in observability, cloud environments and automation.
  • Hands-on with Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and PRTG.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and monitoring best practices.
  • DevOps background is a plus; troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll do:

Who You Are:
  • - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • - Strong knowledge of Azure and modern monitoring best practices.
  • - Background in software development and DevOps environments is a plus.
  • - Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
  • - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • - Quick learner with an adaptable and quality-driven mindset.
