LUZA Group is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint and Identity specialist to lead Intune and SCCM deployments, manage Windows lifecycles, and scale a modern VDI environment.

You will work across hybrid infrastructure with Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, delivering secure, automated device provisioning and software deployments for a distributed user base.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Intune and/or SCCM in enterprise environments.
• Strong Windows lifecycle management skills (deployment, upgrades, patching).
• Experience with VDI environments (VMware/Omnissa).
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange in hybrid setups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management and evolution of Microsoft Intune and SCCM, ensuring efficient and secure endpoint operations.
• Design and deploy Windows base images to streamline device provisioning across the organization.
• Drive automation of OS upgrades and patching, keeping systems secure and up to date.
• Package and roll out software deployments at scale, improving user productivity.
• Ensure device compliance and software visibility across the IT landscape.
• Help build and scale a modern VDI environment, from initial setup to continuous optimization.
• Manage performance, capacity, and lifecycle of virtual desktop environments.
• Act as a key point of support, resolving issues and enhancing user experience.
• Support and maintain hybrid infrastructure (Active Directory & Exchange).
• Enable collaboration through Microsoft 365 tools like Teams and OneDrive.

Who You Are:

• Hands-on experience with Intune and/or SCCM in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Windows lifecycle management (deployment, upgrades, patching)
• Skilled in software distribution and endpoint compliance
• Experience with VDI environments (VMware/Omnissa) is highly valued
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and hybrid setups
• Comfortable working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about improving digital workplaces
