Jobgether SRL is seeking an Engineering Manager - Infrastructure to lead a remote-first infrastructure team building scalable platforms and CI/CD systems. You will drive automation, guide AI-driven practices, and shape the future of engineering productivity across remote teams.

The role combines technical leadership and people management, requiring deep infrastructure expertise, strong communication, and a vision for scalable, secure systems in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
• Senior-level cloud expertise with AWS, GCP, or similar environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and modern infrastructure management practices.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Background scaling CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions with self-hosted runners).
• Backend engineering experience with Python.
• Ability to review complex architectures and contribute technically on workflows and automation.
• Experience building remote-first, async teams.
• Strong automation, platform engineering, and developer experience principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote infrastructure engineering team.
• Define strategies for CI/CD platforms and infrastructure capabilities.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and toil.
• Guide AI-driven engineering practices for automation and cloud optimization.
• Own evolution of internal infrastructure platforms as products.
• Translate technical needs into actionable roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Review architectural decisions for scalability and security.
• Support cloud, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD improvement initiatives.
• Promote engineering excellence and effective remote collaboration.
