Engineering Manager - Infrastructure

This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact infrastructure team building the foundation that enables engineering organizations to deliver software faster and more reliably. The role focuses on evolving internal platforms, CI/CD systems, and automation capabilities to support large-scale engineering operations. You will guide a remote team of infrastructure engineers while driving improvements in scalability, efficiency, and developer experience. The position combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic platform ownership in a fast-moving technology environment. You will play a key role in reducing operational complexity through automation and AI-driven engineering practices. This role is ideal for a servant leader who enjoys empowering teams, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and shaping the future of engineering productivity.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute strategies for CI/CD platforms, artifact distribution systems, and infrastructure capabilities to support increased engineering scale.
  • Drive automation initiatives focused on reducing manual processes, improving reliability, and creating a zero-toil engineering environment.
  • Guide the adoption of AI-driven engineering practices to improve areas such as dependency management, incident resolution, cloud optimization, and developer support.
  • Own the evolution of internal infrastructure platforms as products, ensuring they provide a seamless and effective experience for engineering teams.
  • Translate technical needs into actionable roadmaps while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering and product teams.
  • Review and contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term goals.
