Cello is an AI-powered revenue-growth infrastructure company building a scalable platform for referrals, attribution, and campaigns. We operate remote-first with regular in-person gatherings for company-wide and engineering teams, and we work with customers that demand high availability and rapid iteration.

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and evolve AWS-based systems, CI/CD pipelines, and data tooling.

Qualificações

• Experience building systems at real scale: high traffic, large user base, high availability.
• Strong AWS expertise across compute, messaging, storage, networking, and observability.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Proficiency reading/understanding TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS) code.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain AWS infrastructure – architecture, reliability, security, and cost.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling ship from commit to production with minimal manual steps.
• Help decide when to ship fast to learn and when to solidify the foundation.
• Influence architecture and product direction beyond coding tickets.
• Adopt latest AI improvements to accelerate building and shipping.
