Join seeks an experienced infrastructure engineer to advance a shared platform across Spain and Portugal. You will own the foundation powering reliable, scalable deployments and developer workflows, working with GCP, GKE, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tooling.

You will build self-service environments, improve observability and security, and partner with product engineers to reduce repetitive infrastructure work. Hybrid Lisbon office with flexibility to work from home on some days.

Qualificações

• Production experience with GCP and managed Kubernetes platforms.
• Strong system-design fundamentals for distributed systems and scalability.
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Python, Go or TypeScript for automation.
• Experience with containers, observability and incident investigation.
• Developer-product mindset and pragmatic judgement.
• English proficiency with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve GCP architecture for 10–100x growth.
• Own and improve GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, networking, identity, secrets and deployment workflows.
• Build reliable CI/CD paths with safe rollouts, automated checks and fast rollback.
• Create self-service, isolated environments for development and tests.
• Make end-to-end testing possible for external systems (voice, messaging, webhooks).
• Build test infrastructure for failures, timeouts, retries and partial success.
• Establish observability, SLIs, alerts and incident practices.
• Improve security, tenant isolation, disaster recovery and cost controls.
• Collaborate with product and engineers to create reusable platform primitives.
• Use AI tools for infrastructure exploration and automation with verification.
