Attio, the CRM for agentic revenue, is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to help scale real-time infrastructure and an AI-native stack. You will design scalable platform infrastructure, own CI/CD, and drive reliability as the team moves fast.

Join a high-bar, detail-focused engineering culture and collaborate with product teams to reduce toil, define SLOs, and improve observability with modern tooling across GCP and Kubernetes.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures (GCP/AWS), including networking and IAM.
• Demonstrable deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale.
• Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python or Rust, with automation-tested code.
• Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralised logging or APM (Datadog, Splunk).

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP).
• Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for fast, reliable, and secure builds and deploys.
• Own our observability stack and define SLOs for latency, availability and error rates.
• Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay inside them.
• Lead incident response: triage, resolve complex production issues, and ship fixes as code.
• Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path to production.
