Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Industrial IT Helpdesk to join our manufacturing-focused teams, supporting cybersecurity efforts across OT assets. You will manage inventories of PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, and network devices, while coordinating secure remote access for shopfloor systems and documenting procedures.

The role requires knowledge of OT environments, industrial IT, and cybersecurity basics, plus strong communication in written English.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT and industrial environments.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial PCs.
• Ability to manage asset information (IP/MAC, network configs).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and basic networking concepts.
• Comfort with technical documentation and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity initiatives in OT and production environments.
• Inventory and validate industrial assets (PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, network gear).
• Coordinate secure remote access deployment for shopfloor systems.
• Perform equipment registration, hostname standardization, backups, and disk cloning.
• Update and maintain technical docs for industrial IT/OT assets.
• Plan interventions with production, quality, logistics, maintenance, infra and security teams.
• Assist in lifecycle management of industrial technology assets.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Industrial IT Helpdesk to integrate our teams in a challenging manufacturing environment, supporting the implementation of cybersecurity measures across production systems and industrial assets. The role will focus on OT asset management, industrial security controls, remote access governance, technical documentation, and coordination of activities within shopfloor environments.

What you will do:

• Support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives in OT and industrial production environments;
• Manage and validate inventories of industrial assets, including PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, and network-connected equipment;
• Coordinate and support the deployment of secure remote access solutions for shopfloor systems;
• Perform technical activities such as equipment registration, hostname standardization, backups, and disk cloning;
• Update and maintain technical documentation related to industrial systems and IT/OT assets;
• Plan and coordinate interventions with production, quality, logistics, maintenance, infrastructure, and security teams;
• Assist in the validation, approval, and lifecycle management of industrial technology assets.

What you are like:

• Knowledgeable in Industrial Automation and manufacturing environments;
• Familiar with industrial equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, industrial computers, and shopfloor technologies;
• Proficient in identifying and managing technical asset information such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, and network configurations;
• Experienced with fundamental networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and network addressing;
• Comfortable working with technical documentation and communicating in written English;
• Familiar with OT environments, Industrial IT, and industrial cybersecurity principles;
• Knowledgeable in asset inventory management, CMDB processes, and technology governance;
• Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple operational and technical teams.
