Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our teams and work on a complex enterprise project. You will design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines focusing on automation, security, and reliable delivery.

You will collaborate with development, project management, and cross-functional teams, primarily using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible, while advancing infrastructure as code practices and supporting remote work arrangements.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in DevOps with a focus on automation and CI/CD.
• Experience implementing and optimising CI/CD workflows and release pipelines, especially with GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex production issues independently.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to lead DevOps initiatives end-to-end.
• Clear communicator, able to collaborate with technical teams and project management locally and remotely.
• Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written.

• Lead DevOps initiatives autonomously, proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving blockers to ensure seamless delivery;
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a focus on stability and continuous improvement;
• Maintain, enhance, and support CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub Actions;
• Collaborate closely with development teams, project management, and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and resolutions;
• Contribute to improvements in infrastructure, security, automation, and deployment processes across the ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to integrate our teams and work on a complex and innovative project within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, addressing operational, automation, and security challenges while ensuring efficient and reliable delivery processes.

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and continuously optimise CI/CD pipelines for complex and highly regulated environments;
• Lead DevOps initiatives autonomously, proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving blockers to ensure seamless delivery;
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a strong focus on stability, reliability, and continuous improvement;
• Maintain, enhance, and support CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub Actions;
• Collaborate closely with development teams, project management, and cross-functional stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and resolutions;
• Contribute to improvements in infrastructure, security, automation, and deployment processes across the ecosystem.

What you are like:

• Experienced and proficient in DevOps practices, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD;
• Highly skilled in implementing, maintaining, and optimising CI/CD workflows and release pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions;
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar;
• Strong problem-solver with the ability to analyse and resolve complex production issues independently;
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of DevOps initiatives end-to-end;
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and project management, locally and remotely;
• Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Mainframe systems;
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and operational support tools;
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
