Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Contract & Asset Management professional to join our teams in a large corporate environment, focusing on governance, optimization, and compliance of IT contracts, software licensing, and technology assets.

You will manage contract lifecycles, monitor renewals, oversee software licensing, collaborate with IT and Procurement, maintain CMDB accuracy, support audits, and produce operational reports to aid decision-making.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT contract management, including software, maintenance, outsourcing and technology services.
• Proficiency in software licensing management and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier/vendor management.
• Familiarity with CMDB tools and ITSM frameworks.
• Strong IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices and asset lifecycle control.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, ensuring governance and compliance.
• Monitor contract renewals, deadlines, and associated risks.
• Oversee software licensing management and SAM practices for optimisation and compliance.
• Serve as the main liaison between IT and Procurement for acquisitions, negotiations and renewals.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and IT asset inventory.
• Support software audits and licensing reviews for readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to ITAM/SAM governance initiatives and reporting.
• Produce operational reports and management indicators for decision-making.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Contract & Asset Management to integrate our teams and support a large-scale corporate environment, focusing on the governance, optimisation, and compliance of IT contracts, software licensing, and technological assets.

What you will do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, ensuring proper governance and compliance;
• Monitor contract renewals, deadlines, and associated risks;
• Oversee software licensing management, ensuring optimisation and compliance with vendor agreements;
• Act as the main point of contact between IT and Procurement, supporting acquisition, negotiation, and renewal processes;
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the CMDB and IT asset inventory;
• Support software audits and licensing reviews, ensuring readiness and compliance;
• Contribute to governance initiatives related to IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM);
• Produce operational reports and management indicators to support decision-making;
• Support financial tracking and cost control related to IT contracts and services.

What you are like:

• Experienced in IT contract management, including software, maintenance, outsourcing, and technology services;
• Proficient in software licensing management and Software Asset Management (SAM) practices;
• Knowledgeable in procurement processes and supplier/vendor management;
• Comfortable working with CMDB tools and configuration management practices within IT Service Management frameworks;
• Skilled in IT Asset Management (ITAM), including asset lifecycle and inventory control;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret contractual and financial data;
• Autonomous and proactive, with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills;
• Familiar with compliance, audits, and governance best practices;
• Ideally holding ITIL certification or demonstrating solid understanding of ITSM frameworks.
