Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing telephone assistance to both national and international customers.
• Managing and following up on multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ensuring all processes and requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring cases from the initial contact through to resolution.
• Delivering a positive customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, ML, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our data governance standards.
